Rymfire Elementary School, a prototype for educational technology and construction, is located in northeast Florida. It is also one of the newest schools built in Flagler County.

Built in 2006 (in only eight months) the school has a current enrollment of over 1,300 K-5 students. Fifty-three percent of the students at Rymfire Elementary School receive free or reduced lunch and 5% of the student population is considered ELL. The school houses three iMac computer labs, a full stage, a television production studio, four MacBook carts and a brand new iPod Touch mobile cart.

Each classroom in the school is equipped with at least three MacBooks, assistive listening devices, a ceiling mounted projector and an Interwrite Smart Pad. Wireless internet is also available throughout the campus.

Are you a new student at Rymfire Elementary? Well in that case, welcome; we're happy to have you! Parents, please make sure your child/children have These Supplies so they can get started!

Assistant Principal's Message

I am proud to be a part of the Rymfire Elementary School team. The hard work and dedication of the faculty and staff help us to provide a positive environment for our students in which they are challenged, each day, to do their best and learn the skills that will allow them to be successful in future years. The support of our parents and volunteers is also a factor in our success and is greatly appreciated. Rymfire Elementary is truly a place for “Raising Student Achievement Every Day, Every Way.”

Sincerely,
Barbara Sauvelpahkick
Assistant Principal
